FarmScout is a free app. FarmScout Pro is an optional extra. Farmers list free.
Free for everyone
Search, the map, farm details, dated updates, the quick filters (Organic, Veteran-Owned, Regenerative, Recently Updated, U-Pick, Live Music) and sharing a listing with a friend are all free. No card to start, nothing to cancel. Sponsored local events show to everyone, including Pro members.

- Save farms to your own lists - tap the heart (My Lists).
- See your saved stops together on a map so you can plan the drive.
Coming soon
- Updates from the farms you save - a notification when a farm you saved posts an update or adds a new event.
- Trails - curated drives like wine country, bourbon country and ice cream trails. The stops are free to see on the map; Pro puts them in driving order and saves them.
- Saved-search alerts and a "plan my day" planner, later on.

Pro is bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, and you see the price before you pay. Cancel any time in your phone's subscription settings - Apple ID subscriptions on iPhone, Google Play subscriptions on Android.
Founding Members
If you paid for a FarmScout subscription before October 22, 2026, you are a Founding Member. Here is exactly what that means:
- FarmScout Pro, included, for life. Pro is live now and you already have it, at no charge.
- What Pro adds later is included too. As saved-farm updates, Trails and the rest arrive, they are part of your Founding Member access.
- You do not need to keep paying. Your Founding Member status stays whether or not your subscription renews. If you would rather not be charged again, turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID subscription settings (iPhone) or in Google Play subscriptions (Android) - your status does not change.
- What it covers: FarmScout Pro for individual users. If we ever offer a separate product for businesses, that is not included.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, or any question at all, write to support@farmscout.co - it goes straight to Heather.
Free for farmers
Farms, farm stands, farmers markets, vineyards, aquaculture and agricultural businesses list free, and can claim and update their own listing at any time. Start here.

Fresh & Dated Information: Every inventory and event update is stamped with the date it was observed, so you can see how fresh it is before you drive.
Zero Middlemen: FarmScout is a discovery guide, not a marketplace. We don't take cuts from farm sales or charge transaction fees - 100% of your purchases go directly to the growers.
