Every farmers market can be listed in the FarmScout app for free. The free page is text only; photos, spotlights and clickable links come with Enhanced Market. Vendor Spotlights appear on Enhanced Market pages.

With Enhanced Market we point your domain at your FarmScout page, so typing yourmarket.com opens your page - it takes about five minutes. Is the basic page really free?

Yes. Listing your market in the FarmScout app is free, and so is the basic page - your days, hours, directions and what your vendors bring, in text. Enhanced Market is an optional extra that adds your logo, a photo gallery, room for Vendor Spotlights (an add-on, $25 each for the season), clickable links to your Instagram, Facebook and website, two weeks on the app's home screen, and pointing your domain at your page.

How do I send you photos?

Once you've signed up for Enhanced Market we'll send you a link to upload them. The free page doesn't use photos.

Who keeps the page up to date?

We do. Send changes by email, text or an Instagram message and we'll update the page, usually the same week. With Enhanced Market you can swap your photos any time.

How does a Vendor Spotlight work?

The market or the vendor buys it for the season ($25). We add the vendor's photo, what they sell and a link to their FarmScout listing to the market's page - spotlights show on Enhanced Market pages. If the vendor isn't on FarmScout yet, we list them for free.

How do the "Happening Nearby" weeks work?

Send us a special market day or event and the week you want it. We put it on the FarmScout app's home screen for shoppers near you for 7 days. Enhanced Market includes 2 of them a year.

How long does a package last, and can I cancel?

Packages are yearly. Cancel any time before your renewal date and it simply won't renew. Because we build your page and set up your photos right away, we can't give refunds once your page is live.

Will you ever ask for my passwords?

Never. If you need help with your domain, text us at 631-223-8885 and we'll tell you exactly what to click.

Can I buy this in the FarmScout app?

No - packages for markets and farms are only handled here on the website. The app is for shoppers.
